Staying on a regular workout routine is all about motivation. Every day presents a challenge to your motivation, whether it's because of fatigue, stress or the fact that you're really busy. And when your motivation lags, one of the first routines you skip is 'leg day.' No one likes leg day. Well, maybe some people do, and if you know them, ask one of them to be your workout buddy. But barring that, here are some scary reasons not to skip your leg day.
